Each card is printed, hand-cut, and manually assembled using double-sided tape and a steady(ish) hand.
They aren't "factory perfect" because we don't have a factory. They look like they were made by a person who cares, but also a person who has other things to do.
Note:
Visible edges, slightly wonky cuts, and tape-texture are all features, not bugs.
